Notice to Prospective Buyers
- The governing documents of Northwest Village prohibit the sale or purchase of any condominium unit as an investment property. If you purchase a unit in Northwest Village, the owner must occupy the unit. It cannot be rented or leased to a third party. - The 8th Amendment to the NWV Declaration adds the new section 18 to the Declaration - New Buyer Special Assessment. A new buyer Assessment of six (6) months of the HOA dues in effect at the time of closing or escrow conveyance is due at the time of closing by the New Buyer.
