Association fees (dues) are due by the 10th of every month.  Please deposit your dues in the Association box located at the north mail kiosk.​

CLUBHOUSE

​The Clubhouse is available for all residents to use for private events, with a $50 refundable deposit.  The Clubhouse must be left clean and in the condition and arrangement found when reserved. To Reserve the Clubhouse for a private event, check the linked schedule for availability and then contact the Administrator 208-215-4763 or nwvhoa@gmail.com to reserve a slot!

The clubhouse is also available to use when not reserved for private events.   If the clubhouse is not reserved, feel free to use the space to read a book (we DO have a lending library available!),  visit with friends, play cards, etc. 


Questions, comments, or maintenance requests can be submitted electronically via email, phone, or text, and written queries can be deposited in the HOA Mailbox at the North mail kiosk. The mailbox is monitored daily for incoming communications.
